It doesnot cost much for achieve this goal. The commitment and sincerity is the most important thing which will realise this goal. How can we call ourselves civilised when a fellow humanbeing is starving or digging food from garbage. If we call entire world as one family as told in vedic scripts "vasudhaika Kutumbam" then can we allow our member of family allowed to be straved.

Any human being once born anywhere in the world shall live with dignity. It becomes the collective obligation of all humanbeings to ensure such dignity to all. Even if a single individual human being anywhere in the world is starving or digging food in garbage, i feel that all of us can not be called cultured people.
